I currently work remotely in partnership with teams in the United States to manage multiple projects in sectors ranging from travel clubs to digital marketing agencies. Focusing on research and implementation of innovative technologies, I contributed to the launch of a digital marketing agency specialized in websites and CRM systems. That experience reinforced my ability to connect business strategies with efficient digital solutions.

And it’s not that I’m just good at this, it’s what gives me pleasure and fulfillment: I like seeing the results of my ideas. I started by playing around automating Roberta’s Revenue spreadsheet. I still remember her looking at me as if I had taught a new spell! Then I moved the on-call duty log out of Excel and into Notion, so the poor on-call staff wouldn’t have to suffer at the end of their shift copying handwritten notes into a spreadsheet. Even the on-call worker who liked me the least came to praise the convenience. To their dismay, the shareholders were too lazy to learn to read the reports (yes, the shareholders of a million-dollar venture were too lazy to learn to read a report). Unfortunately the on-call staff went back to Excel, and I had to endure them coming to lament in my office once a week. Anyway! I also decided to get rid of the physical menu for guests quarantined during the pandemic and created a 100% digital request menu. That’s how I became the Hotel’s Marketing Manager, by being bold and helpful. I roll up my sleeves and do things, or I throw myself at it and offer help to improve everything I can, with willingness, enthusiasm, humor, and technology, and along the way I make great friendships and partnerships.
